Rebecca has worked in HR since the late 90s, and this gives her more years of HR experience than she cares to count these days. Let's just call it a lot.
She's a chartered member of the CIPD, which is the professional body for HR professionals in the UK. Membership is via assessment of competence, either by exam or experience. Rebecca also has a masters degree in Employment Law.
Rebecca is also a steering group member for the HR independent community for the CIPD in Wales, and a school governor at a local senior school in Swansea.
Outside work, 2 teenagers and a Jack Russell keep her busy, as well as regular visits to watch the mighty Swans at the Swansea.Com stadium.
Rebecca has significant experience in private health care, social care and the third sector.
This means Rebecca has had experience of co-production, working with Trustees and safeguarding.
Rebecca has had lots of experience in dealing with the sensitive issues that arise in the sector, including TUPE, complex disciplinary processes involving multi-disciplinary agencies and referrals to outside bodies.
