Swansea Bay HR was founded in 2020 by Rebecca Francis-Davies. As the name suggests, we are based in Swansea but as we were established during lockdown, from the start we were geared up to support clients all over the UK. We haven't ventured abroad yet but we are definitely open to the possibility!
Our approach to HR is all about finding sensible, simple and cost-effective solutions to the Stuff That Keeps Managers or Business Owners Awake. And we've all had those situations, haven't we?
Luckily, you don't have to let people problems keep you awake at night because you can count on us to get the problem sorted quickly and without drama. You can also rely on complete confidentiality.
Our specialism here at Swansea Bay HR is definitely employee relations focused. For us, we are all about the disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE, redundancy and dispute resolution. You can be confident that we know what we are doing; and as qualified HR professionals, we have committed to adhering to a code of practice, continuous professional development and good insurance :-)
